Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: In the early morning of Saturday, January 27, 2024, at approximately 2:50 a.m., a 32-year-old Chatham man was located in the area of Dufferin Avenue, Wallaceburg.
The accused, known to police, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for trespassing at night, break and enter and theft under $5,000.
The man was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
