Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 7:36 p.m. last night, police responded to calls of a suspicious person loitering in front of the LCBO store on Wellington Street, Chatham.
Upon arrival, the officers observed a 32-year-old Chatham man, known to police, who is on court release conditions not to attend the LCBO.
He was arrested for failure to comply with his release orders.
The man was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters and lodged for a bail hearing.
