Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 3 p.m. yesterday, police responded Barth Street area, in Chatham for a complaint of uttering threats.
Officers arrived and located the 37-year-old Chatham man who is presently before the courts for uttering threats to
his landlord.
Further investigation revealed him uttering threats again.
The man was arrested for uttering threats, transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and lodged for a bail hearing.
