OPP officials allege: On April 13, 2024, at approximately 3:25 p.m., an officer with the Chatham Detachment stopped a passenger vehicle on the eastbound Highway 401 near Communication Road, Municipality of Chatham-Kent, for travelling more than 55 Km/h over the posted speed limit.
As a result of the investigation, a 24-year-old from Harriston was charged with:
Drive motor vehicle – Perform Stunt – Excessive Speed
