Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 3:03 p.m., police attended the Walpole Island Police Service to arrest a man in custody who was wanted on a warrant held by CKPS.
The man was wanted for failing to attend court in relation to a 2021 mischief investigation in Chatham.
The 28-year-old Chatham-Kent man was transported to police headquarters, where he was held pending a bail hearing.
He is currently facing the following charges: mischief, failing to comply with an appearance notice and three counts of failing to attend court.
