Failing to attend court charges laid in Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 12:52 p.m., police attended the area of St. Clair Street, in Chatham with regards to another matter and located a man with an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. The 44-year-old Chatham man was subsequently arrested and released with a future court date.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 10:05 p.m., a man attended police headquarters to turn himself in on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. The 37-year-old Chatham man was subsequently arrested and released with a future court date.
