Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 10:04 p.m., police located the man on King Street East in Chatham.
The officer confirmed the man was wanted on a warrant in relation to a June 12, 2024, mischief investigation on Fifth Street in Chatham.
The man was also bound by conditions of a release order, including a curfew of 8 p.m.
The 18-year-old Chatham man was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was held pending a bail hearing.
He is currently facing the following charges: assault, failing to comply with a release order, uttering threats, two counts of mischief, two counts of failing to comply with an undertaking.
