Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On June 24, 2024, at 12:08 a.m., police responded to the CIBC on St. Clair Street in Chatham to investigate suspicious activity.
Officers arrived and located four individuals.
One of the individuals was wanted on an outstanding warrant for probation violations.
The 33-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested and released with a court date.
He is currently facing the following charge: failing to comply with a probation order.
