Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On August 1, 2024, the man was arrested as a result of a breach of probation investigation in Chatham.
He was released with conditions and a future court date. When the man failed to attend court for a scheduled court appearance a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On September 15, 2024, at 4:12 p.m., the man was located walking in the area of Thames Street and Dover Street in Chatham and arrested.
He was released with a future court date of October 21, 2024. He is currently facing the following charges: failing to comply with a probation order.
