Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 4:21 p.m., police responded to a family dispute on Park Lane in Tilbury.
Through investigation, officers learned a verbal argument occurred between the man and two adult family members. The argument escalated resulting in the man assaulting both family members.
The 73-year-old Tilbury man was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was released with conditions and a future court date of October 28, 2024.
He has been charged with two counts of assault.
