Melvin Lyle Krohn of Dresden passed away peacefully in Sarnia on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at the age of 72. Mel is the son of the late Lyle and Winifred (Blake) Krohn.
Beloved husband of Lisa Krohn. Loving father of Angela Davis (Gene), Valerie Gross (Chad), Matthew Krohn (Sue), Raylene Krohn (Von) and Melissa Krohn (Brandon). Dearest Papa to Connor (Alyssa), Kenton, Justin (Moriah), Jordan, Emerson, Jaicee, Alec and Ayla. Brother of Charles Krohn (Debbie), Judy Schoorman (the late Jacob) and the late Carol Langstaff.
Mel loved working on cars and tinkering with anything mechanical. Family and Friends are invited for visitation at the Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg from 2-4 & 6-8 PM on Sunday. The funeral will be celebrated at the funeral home at 11 AM on Monday, September 30.
Cremation to follow with interment in Duthil Cemetery at a later date.
