Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 12 p.m. on December 10, 2024 a woman was observed on the Third Street Bridge in Chatham.
The woman was known to have outstanding warrants.
A 30-year-old was arrested on outstanding warrants for theft and possession and fail to comply with release order.
The woman continued to breach her release conditions from previous charges and was held for a bail hearing.
