Sarnia Police Service officials allege: On April 9, 2025, the Sarnia Police Service received information that a bicycle was stolen from outside of a business situated at 560 Exmouth Street.
A prompt police response resulted in the arrest of male in possession of the stolen bicycle.
A 45-year-old man of No Fixed Address has been held for bail charged with the following offences:
– Theft Under $5000, contrary to section 334(b) of the criminal code
– Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, contrary to section 355(b) of the criminal code
– Fail to comply with probation order (two counts), contrary to section 733.1(1)
