Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 43-year-old Chatham man was arrested after fleeing the scene of a shed break-in on Woods Street on August 31 around 2:40 p.m.
Police responded and observed a man jumping a fence to escape. He was located nearby and taken into custody.
The man was issued a Provincial Offences Notice for trespassing and arrested on an endorsed warrant for failing to attend court.
He was released on a Form 9 and is scheduled to appear again on September 29.
