The Wallaceburg branch of the Chatham-Kent Public Library will host a special Doughnut Day event on Friday, Oct. 10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Children can take part in a variety of creative and interactive activities, including building a doughnut truck, playing a restaurant-themed game, filling orders, and making custom buttons. A doughnut-themed scavenger hunt will also take place throughout the library.
At 2:30 p.m., participants can sew their own felt doughnut in a hands-on craft session. The program is open to children ages six and up, and registration is required.
