On October 20, one of the earth’s most beautiful flowers dropped its last petal.
As the oldest born to Donna and Fred Eagan, Jo-Ann received early experience teaching her siblings: William, Patricia (James), and Robert (Cynthia). Jo-Ann used these skills at the Dresden Area Central School where she taught for over a decade.
It was during this time she met the late Richard Green.
As a wedding gift, she received parents-in-law Rodger and Velma, brother-in-law the late Victor (Donna) and sister-in-law Debra (the late Morris).
Jo-Ann realized her true vocation in raising Steven, Jason (Victoria), and Scott (Carly), and later spoiling Sidney, Landon, Weston, Kennedy, Mekenna, Hannah, Major, and Jack.
In addition to her family, Jo-Ann will be missed by her best friend Benny, the Wallaceburg Adult Activity Centre, the Dresden Community Church, and everyone who viewed her majestic gardens or radiant Christmas lights as they passed by her home.
Visitation takes place on Friday, October 24th from 10am to 12pm at the Dresden Community Church. Celebration of Life follows at 12noon.
