Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A man and woman, both 30 and from Chatham, were issued provincial offence notices after police responded to a report of trespassing at a fenced commercial property on Queen Street North.
Police say officers arrived around 1:16 p.m. Wednesday and found the pair hiding inside the fenced area. Nothing was reported stolen or damaged. After consulting with the property owner, officers issued both individuals notices for trespassing.
