Update: Two arrested after police execute warrants in Wallaceburg

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Two Wallaceburg men were arrested without incident after police executed Feeney warrants at a residence on Wallace Street in Wallaceburg on Monday morning.

On Dec. 22, 2025, at approximately 10:14 a.m., members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service, with assistance from the Ontario Provincial Police and an Emergency Response Team, carried out the warrants at the residence. As a precaution, the area was secured and containment was established to ensure public and officer safety.

Following continued communication and tactical coordination, police executed the warrants and located two individuals inside the residence. A 41-year-old male and a 35-year-old male, both from Wallaceburg, were arrested without incident.

The Ontario Provincial Police assumed custody of the 41-year-old male, while the Chatham-Kent Police Service assumed custody of the 35-year-old male. Police reported no injuries and confirmed there was no risk to the public during the incident.

Streets that were temporarily closed as a result of the police presence have since reopened. The Chatham-Kent Police Service thanked the public for their patience and cooperation while the incident was being resolved.
