Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Wallaceburg man has been charged following a traffic stop on St. Clair Road.
Police say an officer conducting proactive enforcement stopped a 22-year-old driver for speeding in the early morning hours of March 1.
The driver was issued a Provincial Offence Notice under the Highway Traffic Act.
