Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 43-year-old Blenheim man is facing charges after an alleged break and enter at a commercial property on Story Street.
Chatham-Kent Police Service says officers responded to an alarm at the business at about 5:51 a.m. on March 8.
Police say officers entered the building and located a suspect who was attempting to hide equipment.
The man was arrested and charged with break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence and possession of break-in instruments.
He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and later released with conditions and a future court date.
