OPP officials allege: The Ontario Provincial Police is investigating after gunshots were reported in the community of Harrow in the Town of Essex.
Police say officers with the Essex County detachment received a call at about 8:53 p.m. on March 10 reporting that gunshots had been heard on Gore Road.
Investigators say two vehicles were heard in the area at the time and three parked vehicles were damaged as a result of the incident. No injuries were reported.
Members of the Essex County OPP Crime Unit and OPP Forensic Identification Services are assisting with the investigation.
Police say investigators believe there is no threat to public safety.
