A hands-on cooking class focused on preparing butter chicken is set to take place later this month at the Wallaceburg Adult Activity Centre.
The class will be held Saturday, April 18 at 3:30 p.m., where participants will learn to create the popular dish by combining tender chicken with a creamy tomato-based sauce infused with traditional Indian spices.
Organizers say the session will be led by instructor Neena, who will guide attendees through the process, with the goal of helping participants feel confident recreating the dish at home.
The cost to attend is $20 for members and $25 for non-members.
Those interested in registering can contact the centre by phone at 519-627-6224 or by email at programs@wallaceburgaac.ca.
