Gall: Nelson a resident of Dresden, passed away peacefully following a brief illness at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the age of 80.
Born in Camden Twp., son of the Late David and Vera (Atchison) Gall.
Nelson had retired after working many years at the Canadian Canners / Nabisco.
He loved to be in nature and bird watching, and loved to play golf with his good friends.
Beloved husband of the Late Mary (McDougall) Gall.
Loving father of Chris Gall (Kathryn) and Brian Gall. Proud Grandpa of Nathan and Jameson.
Dear friend and companion of Joanne Blommaert and her family.
Sadly missed by his uncle Garnet Gall (Linda) and sister-in-law Carol Gall.
Predeceased by his brothers Winston Gall and Norm Gall (Late Lois).
The Gall family will receive family and friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre on Tuesday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. A Private Family Service will be held on Wednesday.
Interment in Dresden Cemetery.
