Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 36-year-old Chatham-Kent woman was arrested after an afternoon disturbance in Chatham on Thursday, according to Chatham-Kent Police Service.
Police said officers responded to a disturbance on Fourth Street at approximately 2:16 p.m. on May 14.
Investigators said the woman was behaving erratically, blocking traffic and throwing items onto the roadway.
Police attempted to de-escalate the situation, but said the behaviour continued.
The woman was arrested for breach of the peace and transported to police headquarters. She was later released unconditionally.
