Wallaceburg man charged after mischief complaint on Tramway Road

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Wallaceburg man is facing charges following a mischief complaint at a Camden Township residence.

On Friday, July 31, 2026, at approximately 8:11 p.m., members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service were dispatched to a mischief complaint at a residence on Tramway Road.

Through investigation, police learned a male party had attended the residence for the purpose of purchasing an RV. While there, the male became aggressive and began causing damage to various things around the homeowner’s property.

As a result of the investigation, a 43-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested and charged with two counts of mischief over $5,000.

The accused was transported to Chatham-Kent Police headquarters, where he was released on an undertaking with conditions and a future court date of October 27, 2026.
