Sarnia Police Service officials allege: Charges have been laid against three accused persons following an overnight home invasion investigation on Monday in the City of Sarnia.
It is alleged that on December 4, 2023, three suspects forced entry into a home in the area of McGibbon St. and Proctor St., in Sarnia.
While inside the residence, the suspects encountered the occupants and threatened them with a gun, while demanding their valuables.
The suspects fled the area and as a result of a quick and coordinated effort by responding officers, they were arrested a short time later.
Three males have been charged and all have been held pending a bail hearing for the following criminal offences:
A 20-year-old man:
– Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
– Carrying concealed weapon
– Unauthorized possession of firearm
– Possession of a firearm knowing it’s possession is unauthorized
– Possession of prohibited or restricted firearm with ammunition
– Uttering Threats
– Robbery
– Breaking and entering
– Disguise with intent
– Failure to comply with probation order X 2
A 19-year-old man:
– Robbery
– Breaking and entering
– Disguise with intent
– Failure to comply with probation order

– Possession of prohibited weapon
