The Diagnostic Imaging (DI) Department at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA) is currently experiencing longer than normal wait times due to an external labour disruption in Chatham, hospital officials said on Friday, November 15, 2024.
“Due to the disruption, CKHA is offering expanded hours at both sites for X-ray walk-in patients,” CKHA officials added.
The hours of operations at both sites are:
– Chatham Site: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Monday – Friday)
– Wallaceburg Site: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Monday – Friday)
For patients requiring Ultrasound appointments, requisitions must be faxed to the Patient Appointment Office at 519-437-6040 and will be triaged accordingly, hospital officials say.
