Entegrus urges customers to prepare for potential Canada Post labour dispute

Entegrus is urging customers to prepare for a possible labour disruption at Canada Post, which could begin as early as May 22, 2025.

The utility company says a strike or work stoppage may delay the delivery of paper bills and any payments submitted by mail, potentially leading to late-payment charges. To avoid disruptions and ensure accounts remain in good standing, Entegrus is encouraging customers to manage their accounts online.

Customers can sign in to My Account at myaccount.entegrus.com to view billing details, monitor due dates, and make payments. Those who have not yet registered for the service can do so in just a few minutes.

Account balances and payment deadlines can also be accessed through Entegrus’s telephone self-service system by calling 1-866-804-7325 and selecting Option 2. Customers are asked to have their 13-digit account number ready when using this option.

Entegrus also offers paperless billing, which notifies customers by email when a new bill is available. Pre-authorized payments can be set up to automatically withdraw funds either on the bill’s due date or as part of a monthly budget plan. Customers may also make payments by credit card through the Paymentus service by calling 1-866-417-2809 or using the link provided on the Entegrus website. Additional fees may apply for this option.

The company is asking customers not to mail cheques if postal services are interrupted. Other payment options can be found on the Entegrus website.

Customer service is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., by phone, email, or live chat. Customers can reach the service team at 1-866-804-7325 (Option 2), by emailing customerservice@entegrus.com, or by visiting entegrus.com.
