Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Chatham man was taken into custody following reported bail violations on Joseph Street on Jan. 24.
Police were notified around 12:16 p.m. that an individual was breaching conditions requiring him to remain inside a designated residence. A 47-year-old Chatham resident was charged with two counts of failing to comply with a release order.
He was remanded into custody and held until his next court appearance on Jan. 26 by video.
