Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 67-year-old man from Chatham has been charged after a traffic stop on Grand Avenue East.
Police say officers stopped the vehicle April 12 at about 3:04 a.m. and determined the driver was operating while under suspension.
He was issued a Provincial Offence Notice. Police are reminding motorists to ensure their driving privileges are valid before operating a vehicle.
