Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 29-year-old Tecumseh woman is facing an impaired driving charge after a traffic stop in Chatham, police say.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to a stop on Queens Line on April 20 at about 10:22 p.m.
Police say the driver showed signs of impairment and failed a roadside screening test. She was taken to police headquarters, where further breath tests registered over the legal limit.
She has been charged with operation while impaired — blood alcohol concentration over 80 mg.
The accused was released with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court June 8.
