Wallaceburg District Secondary School will host its Honouring Our Graduates Powwow on May 29, 2026, on the school’s back campus, with a rain location planned in the main gym.
The event will begin with grand entry at 11:30 a.m., with vendor set-up starting at 10:30 a.m. All dancers are welcome and will be provided an honourarium through the WIFN Secondary School Program.

The school is located at 920 Elgin St. in Wallaceburg.
Organizers have announced Duey Longboat and Hallee Soney will serve as emcees, while Dennis Whiteye will act as arena director. Head dancers for the event are Ma-Koonse Aquash and Leela Crow Peters, and Judy Peters will serve as head veteran.
Invited drums include Snye Creek and Black River.
