Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 28-year-old Chatham-Kent man has been charged following an intimate partner violence-related incident in Chatham.
Chatham-Kent police said officers responded to an apartment on Pine Street at about 10:29 p.m. on June 9. During the investigation, officers learned the man had returned to the residence after being told to stay away.
Police located the man nearby and arrested him. He was transported to police headquarters and later released with conditions and a court date scheduled for July 20, 2026.
