St. Clair teen facing numerous charges after crash

Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Lambton Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and St. Clair Fire, responded on July 6, 2014 at around 7:30 p.m. to a motor vehicle collision with injuries.

The incident, which was a single motor vehicle versus a guard-rail, happened on northbound St. Clair Parkway, near Bentpath Line.

Two passengers were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver, an 18 year-old man from St. Clair Township, has a Sarnia court date of July 28, 2014 to answer to the charges of:

– Impaired Driving Causing Bodily Harm

– Driving Over the Legal Limit Cause Accident with Bodily Harm

Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Cause Bodily Harm

The investigation is continuing.
