Another drug bust… this time in Chatham

Yesterday, members of the Chatham-Kent Police Intelligence Section and Critical Incident Response Team executed a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act search warrant on Woods Street in Chatham.

A quantity of methamphetamine, fentanyl, clonazepam, marihuana and hydromorphone were seized with an approximate street value of $2100.

Cash was also seized as evidence.

A 27-year-old man of no fixed address and 26-year-old Chatham man have both been charged with four counts of drug possession and one count of possession for the purposes of trafficking.

A 47-year-old Chatham man has been charged with four counts of drug possession, one count of possession for the purposes of trafficking and two counts of failing to comply.
