This years 12 Days Of Positivity, running from September 2-13, will have an incredible prize for one lucky attendee valued at $10,000.
Mainstreet Credit Union will be donating $5,000 cash and Velllinga’s Travel and Cruise Holidays will be donating a $5,000 travel voucher.

The finale of the 12 days of Positivity will be at the Capital Theatre on Thursday September 13.
Local residents can qualify for the draw via a variety of different contests that local media will be putting on – inclusing the Sydenham Current with their WOW contest.
“We left the details of how local media representatives wanted to recruit the qualifiers, some are doing
enter to win contests, some are asking for positive stories and others are asking residents to perform positive actions, we wanted to see how creative they could get,” stated Darrin Canniff, founder and co-chair of Positivity Day In CK, in a press release.
“Travel is such a positive experience for any person,” stated Grace Dieleman of Vellinga’s Travel.
“Being able to make a difference in the life of one local resident with a trip like this is priceless.”
Media outlets located in Chatham, Wallaceburg, Tilbury, Ridgetown, Blenheim, Wheatley, Dresden have all gotten qualifying tickets, as well as local digital media and magazines.
Residents are urged to enter for a 1 in 455 chance of winning.
Qualifiers (or a family member in case of emergency) must be present at the Capital Theatre for the finale event starting at 6 p.m. September 13.
The finale is open to the public and will feature some outstanding local entertainment.
