One new COVID-19 case at Greenhill Produce, C-K’s total at 146

CK Public Health has announced another positive case of COVID-19 at Greenhill Produce, bringing Chatham-Kent’s overall total to 146.

“102 confirmed cases are related to a local workplace outbreak,” CK Public Health officials say, adding that seven of these cases remain active and 95 people are listed as recovered from the outbreak at the Kent Bridge greenhouse business.

Overall, there are now 10 active COVID-19 cases across Chatham-Kent, one person is hospitalized and one person has died.

The total number of recoveries remains at 135.

In total, 3,087 COVID-19 tests have been administered to date, while 11 tests are pending.

There have been zero outbreaks at long-term care and retirement homes in Chatham-Kent.
