Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 4:30 a.m. officers responded to a collision in Dresden.
Police located the vehicle, which had struck a tree.
After investigation, police arrested a 23-year-old man for impaired operation.
He was transported to Chatham-Kent Health Alliance for his injuries obtained from the collision.
At this time, the investigation is still ongoing.
