Sarnia Police Service officials allege: On January 5, 2021 in the early afternoon police were dispatched regarding a deceased person located in the area of Highway 402 within the city of Sarnia boundary limits.
Officers from the Sarnia Police Service Criminal Investigation Branch have conducted an investigation into the matter including a post mortem examination at London Health Science Centre.
The cause of death at this time is still considered undetermined pending further results from the Center of Forensic Sciences.
Police are able to advise at this time that foul play is not a factor and not criminal in nature.
Police are attempting to locate and notify family regarding the deceased at this time.
