Lambton OPP officials allege: On September 10, 2021 at 8:05 a.m., members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded along with Lambton County Emergency Medical Service (EMS) to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Marthaville Road and Aberfeldy Line.
As a result of the collision, two individuals were transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries while a third individual has been pronounced deceased.
Identity of the deceased is being withheld, pending notification of next-of-kin.
The cause of the collision is being investigated by members of the OPP Technical Collision Investigation unit.
The current road closure in the area is expected to last most of the day for the investigation.
