Warrants in Chatham
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On November 6 at 7:30 a.m., police located a 28-year-old male on King Street, who was wanted on an outstanding warrant.
After he was arrested, he was found to be in possession of suspected fentanyl and was further charged with possession of a controlled substance and released on a future court date of December 9, 2021.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Around 4:30 p.m., an 18-year-old male was arrested on Prince Street on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend for a DNA order.
He was arrested and later released on a Form 10 with a court date of December 7, 2021.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On November 7 around 1:30 a.m., a 23 year old female was arrested on Raleigh Street for failing to comply with a release order and was held pending a bail hearing.
Male arrested for public intoxication
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 4 a.m., police responded to a disturbance call on Centre Side Road, where it was reported that an intoxicated 18 year old male had been causing a disturbance inside the residence.
The male fled into a cornfield and was later located by police and arrested for public intoxication.
The male was later released from custody when he was sober.
