Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday afternoon, around 3:30 p.m. police responded to a collision involving a pedestrian on North Street between Holden Street and Wrights Lane.
Through investigation, police learned that a 9-year-old boy had been struck by a vehicle.
The boy was transported to hospital for medical attention.
The collision remains under investigation.
