Man arrested for theft

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night at approximately 8:30 p.m. police responded to a suspicious person in the parking lot on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg.

Police arrived and located the man.

Though investigation the man was found in possession of stolen property.

The 31-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested for theft and possession of stolen property.

He was subsequently released with a future court day of April 28, 2022.
