With heavy hearts we announce that on June 21, 2022 Janet Irene McCrae passed away surrounded by her family at the age of 80.
Remembered lovingly by her children Kelly (Sam) Taylor and Keith (the late Christine) McCrae.
Cherished grandmother of Josh (Kayla) Taylor, the late Nick Taylor, Holly (Jimmy) Martin and great grandmother of Macy and Jack.
Dear sister of Garry Belbeck and the late Ken Belbeck, the late Carol Pennings and the late Barb Stephens.
Janet retired after many years at Libbey Glass and was a long-time member of Knox Presbyterian Church, the Wallaceburg Senior Club, the Wallaceburg Royal Canadian Legion.
In her retirement years she could be found enjoying a game of crib or pepper as well as playing cards at Trinity United Church.
Family and Friends are invited for visitation at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 11:30am until the time of her funeral service at 1:30pm.
Following cremation, Janet will be laid to rest at Riverview Cemetery.
