Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 11:30 a.m., police responded to Shoppers Drug Mart on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg for a theft investigation.
Upon arrival, police learned on December 6, 2023, the woman had been arrested and charged with theft at the exact location.
She was released with conditions prohibiting her from entering the store.
On this day, she was observed entering the store, removing items, and leaving without paying.
Officers located the woman a short distance away and arrested her.
The 25-year-old Chatham-Kent woman was charged with failing to comply with an undertaking, theft and possession of stolen property.
She was transported to police headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
