Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 5:30 p.m. yesterday, police received several complaints about a man breaching his court release conditions in Wheatley.
Officers attended an address on Erie Street North, Wheatley and located the 45-year-old Wheatley man who is known to police.
After investigating, he was arrested for Uttering Threats and Failure to Comply with his release orders.
The man was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters and lodged for a bail hearing.
