Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 2:21 p.m., the woman was arrested at police headquarters in relation to a February 10, 2024, investigation.
On February 10, 2024, officers responded to a dispute on Queen Street in Wallaceburg.
Through investigation officers learned the woman permitted a man to attend her home and socialize with him, knowing the man was bound by conditions of a release order prohibiting him from communicating and associating with her.
The 30-year-old Wallaceburg woman was charged with three counts of failing to comply with a release order.
She was released with conditions and a future court date of April 8, 2024.
