Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On February 12, 2025, at approximately 2:25 p.m., the Chatham-Kent Police Service conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a flat tire on Richmond Street in Chatham.
Upon investigation, the 32-year-old female driver from Chatham was identified as the owner of the vehicle.
She was found to be impaired and was arrested by the Chatham-Kent Police Service on probable and reasonable grounds for impaired driving.
After a roadside test was administered, she was transported to police headquarters for breath tests.
She was subsequently released with conditions and a future court date on March 3, 2025.
The vehicle was impounded for seven days and she received a 90-day license suspension.
