OPP officials allege: A 23-year-old Lambton Shores resident is facing impaired driving and dangerous driving charges after a single-vehicle collision on Shoreline Drive.
Police said the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree shortly before 4 a.m. on June 7. No injuries were reported.
The accused is charged with operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs, operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80 plus, and dangerous operation. A 90-day licence suspension and seven-day vehicle impoundment were imposed under provincial law.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court in Sarnia on July 6, 2026.
