Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 13-year-old Blenheim resident is facing charges after an incident involving alleged death threats and property damage on John Street.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were dispatched to the area at approximately 1:39 p.m. on June 8 after receiving reports that a female had threatened to kill several people and threw a telephone to the ground, rendering it inoperable.
Police arrested the youth and charged her with uttering threats to kill and mischief.
She was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and held for a bail hearing.
